Our standard specifications are upgraded over our competitors to include much more durable materials such as: Zip panel construction for our framed homes, Miratec fascias and corner boards, Advantech subfloors, floor trusses instead of solid framing, Insulated slabs which eliminate the mold/mildew problems in the lower level. We also have many upgrades to include Insulated concrete form construction (ICF), Structural insulated panels (SIPS) and even our “Sun-save” Home (Energy -Star upgrades with solar panels) which approaches the Zero Energy Home (ZEH) model for 2020.
